PRINCIPAL

General Instructions:
1. Mere registration will not be the claim to admission. Admission will be granted subject to fulfilment of admission guidelines issued by KVS.
2. The minimum age required for admission to class – I is 5 years completed on 31.03.2013. 6, 7, 8 years…subsequently for class II, III, IV etc.
3. The upper age limit/ maximum age for admission is fixed as the minimum age limit plus 2 years as applicable.
4. No admission test will be conducted for class I to VIII. Admission will be solemnly on the basis of KVS Admission guidelines 2013-14.
5. Admission to classes II to IX will be granted subject to vacancy on the date of admission in each class.
6. For admission to class IX an admission test will be conducted in the subjects – English, Hindi, Mathematics, Science and social science. Admission will be given according to KVS admission guidelines.
7. A certificate that a child belongs to Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe/ EWS/ OBC (Non-Creamy Layer)/ BPL / Disabled/ Single Girl Child (as applicable), should be issued by a competent authority.
8. Only attested photocopies of caste / date of birth certificate to be enclosed.
9. Admission secured on the basis of any wrong information shall be cancelled by the Principal forthwith.
10. The service certificate to be signed by an officer not below the rank of Colonel/CO/HOD/Competent authority.
11. The minimum period of posting/ stay at a station should be six months. Also the minimum distance between the two stations should be 20 kms.
12. Incomplete application forms will be rejected.
13. Last date of submission of the form is 10.03.2013.
14. Proof of residence shall have to be produced by all applicants.

प्रवेश हेतु सामान्य निर्देशः-
1. विद्यालय में पंजीकरण होना मात्र से ही बच्चे के प्रवेश का दावा नहीं होगा । प्रवेश केन्द्रीय विद्यालय संगठन द्वारा निर्धारित प्रवेश-निर्देशिका वर्ष 2013-14 के अनुसार दिया जाएगा ।
2. कक्षा-1 में प्रवेश की न्यूनतम आयु 31.03.2013 तक पाँच वर्ष होना अनिवार्य है । एवं इसी प्रकार अगली कक्षाओं के लिए आयु की गणना की जा सकती है ।
3. किसी कक्षा में प्रवेश हेतु अधिकतम आयु सीमा उस कक्षा के लिए निर्धारित न्यूनतम आयु सीमा में + 2 वर्ष हो सकती है ।
4. कक्षा 1 से 8 तक में प्रवेश हेतु कोई प्रवेश परीक्षा नहीं ली जाएगी ।
5. कक्षा 2 से 9 में प्रवेश के लिए केवल प्रवेश की तिथि तक उपलब्ध रिक्त स्थानों के आधार पर ही पंजीयन पत्र वितरित किए जाएगें ।
6. कक्ष नवीं में प्रवेश के लिए उसके सभी विषयोः अंग्रेजी, हिन्दी, गणित, सा0विज्ञान तथा विज्ञान की प्रवेश परीक्षा ली जाएगी ।
7. अनुसूचित जाति/अनुसूचित जनजाति/आर्थिक रूप से कमजोर वर्ग/अन्य पिछड़ा वर्ग (नाँन क्रीमी लेयर)/गरीबी रेखा से नीचे वर्ग/विक्लांग/एकल बालिका संतान (जो भी लागू है) से संबंधित प्रमाण पत्र अधिकृत अधिकारी द्वारा जारी किया गया हो, की प्रमाणित प्रति संलग्न करनी होगी ।
8. अभ्यर्थी की जाति व जन्म संबंधी प्रमाण पत्र प्रमाणित प्रतियां ही संलग्न किए जाएं ।
9. गलत जानकारी के आधार पर लिया गया प्रवेश प्राचार्य द्वारा कभी भी रद्द किया जा सकता है ।
10. अभिभावकों का सेवा प्रमाण पत्र कर्नल/सी.ओ./एच.ओ.डी./उपयुक्त अधीकारी द्वारा हस्ताक्षरित होना चाहिए ।
11. पालक के स्थानांतरण की गणना हेतु किसी स्थान पर नियुक्ति अथवा निवास की अवधि कम से कम छः मास होनी चाहिए ।
12. अपूर्ण आवेदन पत्र अस्वीकृत कर दिए जाएंगे ।
13. आवेदन पत्र जमा करने की अंतिम तिथि 10 मार्च 2013 है ।
14. सभी अभ्यर्थियों द्वारा आवास संबंधित साक्ष्य प्रस्तुत करना अनिवार्य है ।
